Delivery area and price

We offer free Tracked Standard Delivery with no minimum spend to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland; Crown Dependencies are not included. Delivery is available only to addresses accepted at checkout.

Fulfilment locations and delivery partners

Orders dispatch from UK fulfilment locations, including Stoke-on-Trent and Amazon UK fulfilment centres. Depending on inventory location, parcel characteristics, destination and service availability, delivery partners include DPD, Royal Mail and Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF), which may use Amazon Logistics or other contracted delivery providers. The actual carrier and tracking details are shown in the dispatch confirmation. ZELIND remains responsible for the order and customer support regardless of the fulfilment or delivery partner used.

Dispatch and timing

Processing takes 1–2 business days after payment; estimated transit is 2–5 business days after dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Estimates may be affected by destination restrictions, exceptional weather, carrier disruption or peak periods. Unless a different period is agreed, we will deliver within the applicable statutory period.

VAT and charges on delivery

Prices include UK VAT. Customers will not be asked to pay import duty, customs charges or additional UK VAT on delivery.

Delay, loss, damage or wrong goods

Contact [email protected] if tracking is materially delayed, a parcel is confirmed lost, or goods arrive damaged, incomplete or incorrect. Where loss, damage or mis-shipment is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost, without affecting your statutory rights.
