Editorial & Product Information Standards
The evidence and publishing boundaries used for ZELIND product information and Kitchen Notes.
Who publishes this content
ZELIND publishes product information and Kitchen Notes to help customers compare the tools sold on zelindtools.com. ZELIND is the retailer, Guangzhou JingQing Technology Co., Ltd. is the legal seller, and the product brand is identified on each product page. Our editorial content may link to products that we sell, so it should not be read as independent product-review coverage.
“ZELIND Editorial” is the publishing function used for Kitchen Notes and product-information guidance on this storefront. It is part of ZELIND and is not an independent testing laboratory, law firm, medical service or food-safety authority.
Sources we use
Depending on the page, we may use existing product records, supplier-provided listing information, product and packaging imagery, documentation available to us, and primary public sources such as legislation, official bodies, standards organisations, industry associations and manufacturers.
When an external source is material to an article, we aim to list it visibly on that page. A source supports only the statement for which it is cited; a link does not turn ZELIND into that organisation or imply its endorsement.
Product facts and general guidance
Product-specific dimensions, materials, included items, compatibility and care instructions are published only when supported by the records available to us. General selection or care guidance is kept separate from product-specific claims. If a fact has not been confirmed, we omit it or state that it remains unconfirmed rather than filling the gap by inference.
Current price, stock, VAT-inclusive total, delivery information and the product brand should be checked on the live product page and during checkout because commercial information can change independently of an article.
Commercial context
ZELIND sells products referenced in its guides. Related-product links therefore lead to our own storefront and are commercial links. Kitchen Notes explain choices and limitations; they are not independent rankings and do not establish that one product is universally “best”.
Testing and expertise limits
Unless a page expressly describes a testing method and evidence, it should not be read as a claim that ZELIND has carried out laboratory testing, comparative performance testing or long-term durability testing. General articles do not replace the instructions supplied with a product or advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
We do not infer certifications, legal classifications, food-contact compliance, dishwasher suitability or performance from appearance or a material name alone.
Compatibility and safety
We do not infer machine compatibility from a family name or nominal size alone. Customers should check the exact product specification, follow the product instructions and consult the relevant equipment manufacturer where compatibility or safe use depends on another product.
Where a general safety conclusion involves a cautious inference rather than a source that names the exact domestic tool, the article should make that distinction clear.
Images and visual evidence
Product images are used only where ZELIND has created or commissioned them, has permission to use them, or has received them through an authorised product-information relationship. Editorial scene images may be prepared from authorised product references, but they must not add features, accessories, compatibility claims or performance results that the underlying records do not support.
Updates and corrections
Each Kitchen Note shows its publication date. When we make a substantive factual change, we update the page and its reviewed date rather than using an unrelated software deployment time as an editorial signal.
If you believe a page contains an error, use the Contact page and include the page URL, the statement concerned and any supporting source. We review correction requests and update material errors where they are confirmed.
Use of digital tools
Digital tools may assist drafting, translation or quality control. They do not replace checking factual statements against the sources available to us. ZELIND Editorial remains responsible for deciding what is published.
