Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. The automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not acceptance. A contract is formed when we send the dispatch confirmation. Before then we may decline an order for stock, pricing, delivery, fraud-prevention or legal reasons and refund any payment taken.
Price, payment and delivery
UK prices include VAT and standard UK delivery is free. Payment is processed by the checkout method you select; the enabled services are Stripe and PayPal. The Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds policy form part of these terms.
Products and warranty
Product descriptions, measurements and care instructions appear on the listing. The 12-Month Limited Warranty is voluntary and does not replace statutory remedies.
Liability, law and language
Nothing excludes liability where exclusion is unlawful, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or mandatory consumer rights. Applicable law and courts will not deprive consumers of mandatory protections where they live. The English version is authoritative; Chinese text is provided as an explanatory translation.

Do not misuse the storefront, attempt unauthorised access or submit false information.
