GUANGZHOU JINGQING TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. warrants to the original retail purchaser that products bought directly from the ZELIND storefront will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for 12 months from delivery.
Coverage and exclusions
Coverage includes verified material, manufacturing or assembly defects and structural failures arising during normal household use and care. It excludes normal dulling or wear, non-functional cosmetic change, loss, theft, misuse, impact, excessive force, incorrect sharpening, unauthorised modification and damage caused by ignoring published care instructions, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
How to claim
Email [email protected] with the order number or reasonable proof of purchase, a description, photos or video showing the issue, and your current delivery address. GUANGZHOU JINGQING TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. handles approved direct-store claims and bears their necessary costs.
Remedy and sales channels
We normally provide the same or a reasonably equivalent replacement; if unavailable, we may refund the original product purchase price. Purchases made through another marketplace or seller must be raised through that platform or seller. This limited warranty does not affect statutory consumer rights.
