Who and what this warranty covers
GUANGZHOU JINGQING TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. is the warrantor. We warrant to the original retail purchaser that Aihomo and ZELIND products bought directly from zelindtools.com for US delivery will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for 12 months from delivery.
Coverage includes verified material, manufacturing, or assembly defects and structural failures arising during normal household use and care. No product registration is required to make a claim; keep your order number or other reasonable proof of purchase.
What is not covered
This limited warranty does not cover normal dulling or wear, cosmetic changes that do not affect function, loss or theft, or damage caused by misuse, impact, excessive force, incorrect sharpening, modifications, or failure to follow the published care instructions. An unrelated repair or modification does not by itself cancel coverage for an otherwise covered defect. These exclusions apply only to the extent allowed by law.
How to request support
- Email [email protected] or use our Contact form. Provide the order number or reasonable proof of purchase, product name, a description of the issue, and photos or video where available.
- We will review the information and explain the next step. We may ask for additional information, your current delivery address, or a safely packed return for inspection.
- Do not return the product before we provide the correct instructions and address. We pay necessary costs for approved direct-website warranty claims, including reasonable return and replacement shipping costs.
What we will do
For an approved claim, we will normally provide the same or a reasonably equivalent replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, we may refund the original product purchase price. Any refund is returned to the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. This is a limited warranty for covered defects, not an unconditional replacement promise.
Purchases from Amazon or another seller
This direct-website warranty does not extend this store's commercial coverage to purchases made through another marketplace or seller. Raise those claims through the platform or seller shown on your order and check the warranty supplied with that purchase. We can help identify the product or provide care information. Your rights against the actual seller or another applicable warrantor remain unaffected.
Your legal rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
We do not disclaim or shorten implied warranties in this document. The 12-month commercial term does not limit rights or remedies that applicable law provides beyond that term.
